From May 25 to 29, the 20th China Western International Expo was held in Chengdu. On May 25, inside the Panzhihua Pavilion, models wearing intangible cultural heritage (ICH) costumes and cultural creative products of the Lisu ethnic group from Yanbian County stunned the audience with a close-range fashion show, showcasing the "new national trend" stitched into every thread for on-site visitors.

It is reported that the craftsmanship of Yanbian Lisu ethnic costumes was listed in the 6th batch of Sichuan provincial-level intangible cultural heritage in 2023 and awarded the "ICH Sichuan · Hundred Cities, Hundred Crafts" project in 2024.(Contributed by the Publicity Department of Yanbian County Committee)
